Breaking News: Trump Hits Back at Pelosi, Threatening Her Trip to See Troops

Now mark your days with google fit and apple health

Last year, Google launched a new calendar feature called Goals that allowed you track certain goals that you had planned for yourself. For most of us, that is a long bucket load of things like learning a new language or practising yoga. The Google Calendar automatically monitored your routine and swapped things around to figure out the best time to follow your routine.

Now Google has updated Goals with support for Apple Health and Google Fit. What this means, is that any health-related goals you may have, like cycling or Yoga, it will automatically monitor how you are doing a certain activity and will mark it completed when you achieve that goal. It’s also smart enough to reschedule activities that you tend to start late or miss so that you can follow through on the goals that you have set for yourself. The update also adds a new performance tracker and history along with a link that can take you quickly to your fitness app.

Per the blog post by Google “With this integration, future goal times will be even more tailored based on when you’re most likely to complete them. Say you set a goal to run at 6:30 every other morning but aren’t actually hitting your stride until 7:15 — Google Calendar has you covered and will adjust accordingly. So not only can Calendar keep track of your activities and performance, it can also help you find the best time to do them.”

Hopefully, this will mean more people stick to their New Year’s resolutions this year.
